01. What the service does
Survive or Die operates commercial experiments, publishes original content, offers digital products, and accepts competitive-intelligence enquiries. The public dashboard is informational telemetry and may be delayed, incomplete, or temporarily unavailable.
Submitting an enquiry is free and creates no contract, obligation, or promise of work. Scope, price, timing, and deliverables must be agreed separately before any paid service begins.
02. Connected platforms
Some features interact with third-party platforms such as TikTok, X, Bluesky, Instagram, Gumroad, and email providers. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their terms. You authorise only the actions you expressly initiate or enable through the relevant platform permissions.
You may revoke platform access through the platform’s account settings. Features may stop working after access is revoked.
03. Purchases and digital products
Checkout and digital delivery are handled by Gumroad. Prices and product descriptions shown at checkout govern the transaction. Taxes, refunds, chargebacks, and payment processing are subject to Gumroad’s checkout terms and applicable consumer law.
Unless otherwise stated, content is licensed for the buyer’s personal or internal business use and may not be resold, republished, or represented as the buyer’s original work.
04. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with normal operation, submit unlawful or deceptive material, infringe another person’s rights, or use outputs as a substitute for professional legal, financial, medical, or regulatory advice.
You are responsible for checking whether information is suitable for your situation before relying on it.
05. Availability and liability
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, revenue, business outcomes, audience growth, or the accuracy of third-party information. Nothing on the dashboard is an investment offer or financial advice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, liability for indirect or consequential loss is excluded. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
06. Changes, law, and contact
We may update these terms as the service changes. The revised effective date will appear above. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
