This policy explains what information Survive or Die collects, why it is used, and the choices available to you. We collect only what is needed to operate the service, respond to enquiries, fulfil purchases, and keep accurate operational records.

Free workspaces calculate and export within your browser. Entered budget amounts and competitor notes are not transmitted to us. We receive anonymous tool-open and export events with random event identifiers and timestamps, without a persistent user identifier. These may include repeated visits or automated traffic. Hosting providers may retain ordinary technical request logs.

01. Information we collect

When you submit a service enquiry, we collect the email address and message you provide, together with consent status, campaign attribution, timestamps, and an internal reference. Basic technical logs may include request time, status, and security or rate-limit events.

Purchases are completed through Gumroad. Gumroad processes payment details and provides transaction information needed to verify a sale. We do not store full payment-card details. Public social-platform interactions may supply post identifiers and aggregate engagement metrics through the relevant platform.

02. How information is used

  • Assess and reply to enquiries you ask us to handle.
  • Deliver purchased products and reconcile genuine revenue, refunds, and payouts.
  • Publish authorised content and measure campaign performance.
  • Protect the service from abuse and maintain an accurate operational ledger.
  • Meet legal obligations and resolve disputes.

We do not sell personal information. Enquiries and engagement are not recorded as revenue.

03. Service providers

Information may be processed by providers needed to run the service, including Render for hosting and database infrastructure, Gumroad for checkout and digital fulfilment, and configured email providers for replies. If you interact through a social platform, that platform processes information under its own privacy policy.

Providers receive only the information needed for their function. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or necessary to protect users, the service, or others.

04. Retention and security

Enquiry and transaction records are retained only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above, accounting, fraud prevention, and legal obligations. We use access controls and secret-managed production infrastructure, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

05. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may ask to access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive a copy of your personal information, or object to certain processing. You may also withdraw consent for future enquiry communications. Some records may be retained where the law requires it.

Send a request from the email address concerned. We may ask for reasonable verification before acting.
